Dunes & Wick was founded by Christi and Javier, two creatives brought together by a shared passion for design, hospitality, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Their story began behind the scenes of an event. While Javier was busy battling a chocolate fountain that had a mind of its own, Christi was racing against the clock to finish an appetizer display before guests arrived. Somewhere between the chaos, problem-solving, and laughter, a friendship and creative partnership was born.
Today, you'll often find them in late-night design meetings where ideas turn into reality, planning their next adventure, or convincing each other that there's always room for a snack after a meal. Their love for travel, design, and meaningful details inspired the creation of Dunes & Wick.
Together, they bring years of experience in event planning, floral design, styling, and production to create luxury candle experiences that transform spaces and leave lasting impressions.
